The Bii Building System is designed with contractors in mind. For example, main electrical chases are placed in
panels for running wiring in exterior walls, and plastic gromets are installed in stud cutouts as specified by
2003 IRC. This makes wiring a Bii home easier than wood since electrical contractors do not have to drill through each stud
to run wiring. Plumbing allowances are made in the panels at locations specified in the project's plumbing details.
The panels are pre-fabricated in a controlled environment to Bii's strict quality control standards. This allows
installation on the jobsite to be undertaken with only a few basic tools. All panels are designed to simply fall
into designated panel locations as described in plans. Due to our proprietary computer designs, only 2 to 4 workers
are needed to erect the exterior walls for a typical 2,000 sq ft house in a day.
Walls are easily finished with any material that can be used on wood framing. Our system adapts to industry standards,
therefore allowing more flexibility than other pre-fabricated alternative building systems. The end result: Bii
delivers a highly efficient building system for both the homeowner and builder alike, while not only saving time,
but also money!
